Healing involves change. What initially appears as a tragedy is often the beginning of a deep journey of transformation. Letting go of the past and accepting what is brought to your doorstep by the Spirit are powerful steps that can literally change your perception of yourself to the point where only what is truly desired remains.


Movies are an excellent way to watch your mind, to pay attention to your emotions, and to help you discover your unconscious beliefs.
