The world is like a dream, at times it even seems like a nightmare. When you forget you are dreaming, everything feels so real. Yet deep inside you are aware that you are simply lost, looking to get back home. In the dream, it seems as if you are a body meeting other bodies along the way. There are pains and there are pleasures, but eventually they are all seen as the same. With this awareness comes total disillusionment with the dream. This leaves room for the miracle. Filled with gratitude and love, you learn that you always had the power to go home. You had mistakenly been looking outside your Self for it. Verily I say, it is your desire for God that will awaken you to your eternal home. Close your eyes, relax, and repeat: “There’s no place like home. There’s no place like home. There’s no place like home.”
