Having worked hard to create the perfect self-image and the perfect life, it is hard to accept that it is not at all what it seems. Beneath exterior perfectionism is a fear of love and a sweet, happy self that wants to be remembered. Playfulness, spontaneity and living for the present moment are seen as meaningless to a self that is determined to succeed in this world. Sometimes it takes a crisis to be motivated to take a good honest look at what is truly important. Choose love! It is so worth it!
