Grievance is another name for unforgiveness or unfinished business. As we learn to help, we are helped. This is the way we transcend the world of limits. By opening our heart, we see that we were never bound at all. Through willingness to accept our function of helping, we find that we have no other. Our happiness and our function are one and the same.


Movies are an excellent way to watch your mind, to pay attention to your emotions, and to help you discover your unconscious beliefs.
