The Spirit can transform a frustrating and unfulfilling life in radical ways when the willingness and desire are there. Danny is taken away to another land by floating away on his deck chair. Even hot air balloons can be used by the Spirit to give a contrast experience that shows there is much more to life than living to work or staying in an unsupportive relationship. Through a desire to open up and serve the Spirit’s function, everyone feels the blessing. It is quickly seen that the gifts of the Spirit are always what is sought, and the old temptations fall away easily.
