Being Erica - Youtube Awakening Series

A truly beautiful series focusing on the opening of the heart in a very practical way. Given the opportunity to change things in her past, Erica quickly realizes (with the help of her 'otherworldly' therapist Dr. Tom) that the answer comes in recognizing the underlying patterns that hold her back, not changing the past itself. This particular episode in season 3 focuses on 'no people pleasing', letting go of friendship, and doing what is given you to do. Erica of course plays out what happens when you don't follow these guidelines but quickly comes around to being authentic and facing the deeper issues that have been holding her back. 

A little context if you have dropped right in here without know anything about the show: Erica now works at her own publishing house after being ousted by a jealous, ambitious man named Brent. Her friend Jenny has reappeared in her life once again asking for help and Erica kindly obliges as she usually does. Let the healing begin.
