The cosmos has kept us mindless, yet we are abstract Mind. Go into your divine Mind. Pain is a misperception. Be mindful. Face what you’re feeling and the belief underneath it; question it and forgive it. The first thing we need to do is admit that pain is a perception, or more precisely, a misperception. Therefore, it is good to face the things you are feeling. There are so many ways in this world to disguise and to distract away, to try to dissipate, deny, repress them. There are a lot of tricks opposed to just facing it. Some teachers have described this as going into the pain. I would say it is going into your mind. This world and this whole cosmos were made to keep you mindless. It is a big trick to forget the mind entirely. You could say the trick seemed to be successful. But it was not.
