Real Forgiveness is commonly seen as forgiving others for what they did. "A Course in Miracles" teaches the opposite: Forgive your brother for what he has not done. Real forgiveness is an emptying of the consciousness of all its contents and coming into the stillness that is always here. The final lesson  is pure innocence; the dream of guilt the ego made is seen as false, and your true Identity as Perfect Love is recognized.
