Once we get a taste of our true nature, it is impossible to go back to the way things were before. Peter Appleton is given the opportunity to step out of his life of littleness and compromise and to walk in the shoes of his higher self. He is transported to a world where he is seen as someone with integrity, courage, and conviction. While not fully convinced of his new identity, Peter accepts the assignment, which allows him to utilize his skills, talents, and inspiration.

As Peter steps fully into his function, the memories of his old life start trickling in for healing. The witnesses to the belief that “you are a phony” come at him and, while he is tempted to go back to playing small, he has now had a taste of true love and joy. He is ready to face his doubt thoughts.

Peter stands before the world and speaks of his true nature without fear, and regardless of the outcome. The reflection back is one of love and support because, when you are willing to take the steps provided by Spirit, everyone benefits.
