A typical American family has suppressed rage and past grievances that cover over compassion and love. It takes what the world calls a serious situation to see that there is much more to life than struggle and depression. This is a fantastic story of transformation and redemption through humility and communication. The whole family goes through an experience of forgiveness and healing as they join together to work on a long-awaited house-building project. Deep feelings of rage and abandonment are exposed, leading to feelings of hope, joy, and love. Love is content, not form.
