Ghost Town is a beautiful movie that highlights our need for each other on a very deep level. As separate human beings we are ghosts unable to awaken from the dream. We let the ego maintain control by keeping us emotionally hooked to our unquestioned unconscious beliefs in guilt, unworthiness, etc. We continually fear present joining (love) and instead re-enact the separation. Until the pain gets too great, we see the falseness and choose something deeper: we join in mind with the Holy Spirit to question and release our false beliefs, bringing us joyful new experiences.
