This heart-warming movie shows the power of the Spirit to heal past hurts, mistaken identities, and false beliefs in surprising and humorous ways.

Melvin’s life is tightly controlled with an enormous range of phobias, rules and prejudices. He is outspoken, and most people find him difficult to be around. His neighbor, Simon, a soft-spoken artist, is easy prey for Melvin’s verbal attacks. Carol is a single-mother, with a sick son, who works in the diner that Melvin frequents. Despite his fears, Melvin is attracted to Carol. When Simon is injured in an attack, these characters are drawn into an unlikely trio for maximal healing.

Forgiveness leads the way. With the desire to be helpful, and learning to accept each other as they are, they let go of past beliefs and controlling patterns, making way for an authentic expression of love and compassion. When the heart is willing, miracles are the natural order of the day.
