The desire to remember love compels us to face our worst fear and go beyond it. After returning from the war, Paul meets Victoria on a bus headed home from college to her family's vineyards. She fears the wrath of her father as she is unmarried and pregnant. Paul agrees to pose as her husband to help her face her father. Even complicated webs of deception fall away in yielding to the love in the heart. Fear is transcended as love guides us home to itself.
