SearchHow can I know what Holy Spirit wants me to do, and can I co-create with Him without my ego being involved?
Question:
I think that the statement "We talk to ourselves all the time except when in silence" is actually true, if we have preferences; try to control, change, manipulate, fix, alter and con the world, including our brothers. As we think, see and do unto others, we think, see and do unto ourselves. A thought never leaves its source. Therefore, the only person it affects is oneself. Since we are always talking to ourselves, then every relationship we have is with ourselves. These holy encounters are miracles that undo the ego or the error that has been perceived and restores sight in the remembrance of Who we are, I AM in reality. Equally, silence and relationships work in the same way. In order to fulfill our sole responsibility, atonement, silencing the mind of its chatter, setting aside the little me, letting the HS lead the way, breaks down the barriers to the awareness of God's presence and reveals the Answer, the Truth, the Love, the "Before time was, I AM."
What is meant by, "Live and let live"?
The statement "Live and let live" is freedom by respecting others wishes and accepting them as they are. We respect ourselves in the same way. When we love someone (a brother) that much and more, we love ourselves in the same way. We live and let live ourselves and realize that we have a perceptual problem. This realization is an awareness that we are not who we think we are. That we are in this world but not of it, that we are not dualistic, we are singular. We ARE LOVE! I am having a hard time with this one because the little me does not know what love is, or what anything is for that matter. She is not sure of what to do with this feeling of lack seemingly inside.
What is meant by being a miracle worker?
I want to be a miracle worker—someone who looks within and lets all misperceptions arise as they are handed over to HS and is non judgmental about everything that is nothing. Let the HS shine through in all thinking, seeing and doing. The experience of enlightenment is identical to the miracle worker. Therefore, the more I let go and let God, the more I fulfill my role as a miracle worker within this world.
What is meant by creativity and co-creating with God?
The little me is having a hard time with the notion of creativity and co-creating with God. She has concerns about weight, financial situation and environment issues. She does not know what to do. She handed over these concerns to HS. I want to know who I AM! No one or nothing in this world can help me. Only the HS can. I want to learn to do what HS wants me to do. I am confused about this. And, how do I create with HS and not be in the ego motives of fulfilling emptiness and lack inside? Is creating with HS following a prompt and inviting Him to join in the planning and execution of activities surrounding weight, financial and purpose all about? Help! I thank you in advance for everything.
Answer:
Your perceptions are becoming clearer and clearer. With regards to relationships and silence you wrote: "Since we are always talking to ourselves, then every relationship we have is with ourselves. These holy encounters are miracles that undo the ego or the error that has been perceived and restores sight in the remembrance of Who we are, I AM in reality. Equally, silence and relationships work in the same way. In order to fulfill our sole responsibility, atonement, silencing the mind of its chatter, setting aside the little me, letting the HS lead the way, breaks down the barriers to the awareness of God's presence and reveals the Answer, the Truth, the Love, the 'Before time was, I AM'." This is a very helpful perception of relationships for it reflects the mirroring principle: one perceives what one believes. The Silence helps bring these beliefs into awareness that they may be released together as one false belief.
You wrote: "We live and let live ourselves and realize that we have a perceptual problem. This realization is an awareness that we are not who we think we are." You are not really having a hard time with this one "because the little me does not know what love is, or what anything is for that matter." The difficulty lies in identifying with the little me. When thoughts arise about missing a man or trying to hold on to the past or change it or fix it somehow, remember that the problem is never in form and remind yourself that you have a perceptual problem. It is this admission that opens the way to another way of looking at the world. You will not be willing to let the ego go until this admission is declared without reservations. For the ego's plan of salvation is to keep the belief that there is a real problem in form that must be corrected for you to be happy.
You wrote: "A miracle worker is someone who looks within and lets all misperceptions arise as they are handed over to HS and is non judgmental about everything that is nothing. Let the HS shine through in all thinking, seeing and doing." Yes this is the essence of surrendering or yielding and aligning with the Holy Spirit's Purpose. This willingness yields immediate results in one's state of mind.
Creativity and co-creating with God refer to Pure Spirit. Inner listening and following Guidance helps return the mind to the awareness of this Pure Abstraction. As you align your mind with the Holy Spirit, you will be communicated with in symbols and ways that you can perceive and comprehend. You will receive specific Guidance about things such as planning and execution of activities surrounding weight and finances. The Holy Spirit meets the mind in the conditions it believes in and helps it release the limitations and restrictions imposed by false beliefs. As you align with Spirit and grow in trust you will cease to believe that weight and finances are real problems and your true function of sharing the Holy Spirit's Purpose will become more apparent and seem more natural. As the blinders of ego belief are removed, your perception will open and widen and finally yield to the Vision of Christ in which perception vanishes entirely. Your willingness to take one step at a time is all that is necessary.
In Love & Grace,
