Unwind Your Mind—Unlearning the World, Part 1
Ideas leave not their source.
By unlearning concepts and beliefs and withdrawing from the meaning the ego gave to the world "Unwind Your Mind—Unlearning the World Part 1", you can allow for the Holy Spirit’s perspective. Seeing the world from His perspective, you start to see where true freedom and comfort lie. David Hoffmeister
Golden Nugget:
“The more aware you become of the mind, the less aware you become of the body. And at one point, Jesus says that you are mind, wholly mind, purely mind!
You start to come closer and closer in awareness to this experience that everything is an idea, that everything is thought. And this is the ultimate experience, where all this transfer of training is leading; that everything is mental, that everything is thought, that there is no such thing as physical, because ‘Ideas leave not their source.” T-26.VII.4:7 Just like Christ could not leave the mind of God, ideas do not leave the mind of the thinker.
There is really only one of us, there is only one mind and one thinker, and ultimately the ideas of projection and manifestation have no basis and no validity. It is just absolutely spiritually impossible when you go into it deep enough. And of course, that is where all this defenselessness comes in. You don’t have to defend against anything external, because there is nothing external to be defended against! But Spirit has to convince us slowly when it seems that objects are apart from mind, that objects really have no existence in and of themselves. That is the whole trick. And as you get into your function, and you go deeper in your function, you begin to feel the vastness of the mind, the vastness of even consciousness itself. Consciousness is the ‘… domain of the ego,’ (T-3.IV.2:2) but you have an expanded consciousness. You feel the vastness of consciousness.”
